WTO distributed, on August 2, WTO Panel report on China's anti-dumping and
anti-subsidy measures against imports of US chicken products to its WTO
members.
Head of Department of Treaty and Law of MOFCOM made a comment
that the Panel upheld part of China and US' claims, and China will evaluate
seriously the Panel's report, and will handle the follow-up work in line with
the dispute settlement procedures.
